A workplace where you can take initiative, where everyone encourages you to show what you're capable of. And where your colleagues join you in shaping the future. Are you a risk-taker who truly puts the customer first? Like many other companies and their executive committees, are you aware of the growing importance of workplace wellbeing and its strategic impact? See you soon at AG Health Partner/Waldon!

This is your dream job

AG Health Partner/Waldon is a subsidiary of AG with an extensive and innovative range of services for employers. The goal: to improve wellbeing for their clients by promoting the health and engagement of their employees. To develop our activities, we are looking for a Project Manager Wellbeing.

What is your role?

As a Project Manager Wellbeing, you contribute to the growth of AG Health Partner/Waldon in Belgium and beyond. You ensure flawless onboarding of our clients (including configuring our digital platform, scheduling workshops, launching communication campaigns, etc.). You answer their questions and ensure that clients are satisfied and remain so. Through regular client contact, you can identify new requests which you discuss with your colleague Business Developer/Wellbeing Manager. As a Project Manager Wellbeing, you are primarily responsible for guiding and supporting our clients, but you also encourage product innovation of our digital solutions and overall growth within our company.

What does your day look like?

  • You are in close contact with our clients and work with internal teams and external wellbeing experts to ensure the client's wellbeing action plan is implemented and followed up on.
  • You advise our clients and provide guidance to help them get the most out of our products and services. This may involve brainstorming with your colleagues, with our partners, or with the marketing and digital team.
  • You are proactive in identifying opportunities for product innovation and exploring new markets and growth opportunities. This may involve working in parallel to optimize our reporting or assisting your colleagues from the digital team in launching a new digital wellbeing program.
  • During client meetings, you proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling which you discuss with the team of Wellbeing Managers. Occasionally, you also assist in organizing focus groups with our clients to support your colleagues.
  • You are continuously seeking customer feedback and insights to improve customer satisfaction and optimize our products and services. You gladly share these with the rest of the team.

This is you all the way

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree and are passionate about workplace wellbeing.
  • You have solid initial work experience where you have demonstrated your skills in organizing, following up, and motivating people (preferably in a SaaS environment).
  • You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), you can talk to a wide range of people and manage to make them laugh - even over the phone.
  • You speak fluent French, and English and/or Dutch.
  • You enjoy strengthening customer relationships.
  • You are an entrepreneur – you thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments where your job content can evolve quickly.
  • You're excited to work in a startup environment, meaning you're comfortable with change, you think outside the box, and you have a whatever-it-takes mindset.
  • MS tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) hold no secrets for you.

You wouldn't want to miss this, would you?

  • An amazing job within an autonomous branch, in startup mode but with the support of a solid structure.
  • The opportunity to shape an innovative business.
  • An enthusiastic, dynamic, and passionate team.
  • Hybrid work environment.
  • A full-time permanent contract.
  • Lots of fun!
